About Deep Waters
Deep Waters is a Christian prayer, Bible study, journaling, and spiritual growth platform provided by ARK Digital Labs.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create and manage your own account. Children under 13 should use the Services only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
User Content
You may create and store prayer requests, prayer lists, journal entries, study notes, reading plans, reflections, and other personal content.
You retain ownership of your content. By using Deep Waters, you grant us permission to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide app functionality.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to violate laws, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Services, upload harmful code, or use the Services in a way that could damage the platform.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are offered through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Billing, cancellations, renewals, and refunds are handled by the applicable marketplace according to its policies.
Free Trials
If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial period ends. Trial availability may vary by platform, promotion, or user eligibility.
Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, design, branding, logos, text, graphics, and materials provided by Deep Waters, are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit any portion of the Services except as permitted by law.
